Suspension of Membership
The MASA has the power to suspend or expel members that risk downgrading Malta’s reputation as a dynamic financial center. The MFSA’s decision to suspend a licence will be sufficient evidence for the MASA to act accordingly. The suspended member will hold no right to resist or contest this decision. Pre-paid membership fees for the year will be forfeited and the company will have no right of reimbursement
